It seems that you are trying to define more than one alias file for use
with sendmail. Well, as a matter of fact there is a way to do this by
adding a line in your sendmail.cf file. The general rule is: 

OA/path/to/majordomo/majordomo.aliases

So, in your specific case I think it should say:

O AliasFile=/etc/aliases
OA/usr/local/majordomo/majordomo.aliases

the rest is up to you, i mean, check file and directory access properties.
