 The first thing I would do, is turn on 'administrivia' in your
<list>.config.  The second thing I would do, is re-check your aliases to
make sure that the <list> alias is set to pipe all messages thru the
'resend' script as in the _second_ set of examples in the NEWLIST
document.  The third thing I would do, is read sections 3.6 and 3.13 of
the FAQ (get the latest from the web, not the old version packed with the
distribution!) and follow the suggestions to 'hide' the outgoing alias, so
that resend cannot be bypassed.
