This is poorly punctuated -- it should probably say:
Majordomo@liamjr.avenza.com: "" is not a valid return address.
That is, it was given a message with no To: line, or with a Reply-To:
that had no value, so it thought the requested address was "".

Your sendmail is configured to use the "smrsh" option -- all programs run
by sendmail must be in a specific dirctory. Create a link for "wrapper"
into that directory.
