I understand that you have a file or, something like that, containing a
bunch of e-mail addresses and you want them all to belong to some mailing
list you've configured already. If you are the owner of that list and it
is a moderated one, then you only should mail to majordomo@p-trader.net
(as an example) with the following line(s) for each of the e-mail
addresses:

approve owner_password subscribe list_name user@host.domain
