Thanks, I figured out the problem. The default installation for a Linux
computer puts sendmail into /usr/lib/sendmail which is where bulk_mailer
is configured to call. FreeBSD puts sendmail into /usr/sbin/sendmail. A
slight tweak of the config file and everything works great.
