Majordomo2 does this; you can include multiple texts separated by blank
lines in the message_footer variable and one will be randomly chosen for
each message.  To help test Majordomo2, see
http://www.hpc.uh.edu/majordomo/.

As for Majordomo1, well, I don't know.  I suppose a hack wouldn't be
terribly time consuming.
