Hi,
I am attempting to install majordomo 1.94.4.
#uname -a
SunOS mailhost 5.6 Generic_105181-07 sun4m sparc SUNW,SPARCstation-20
I used the gcc compiler to compile the wrapper.
Perl is version 4. I'm not sure how to figure
out what version of 4. Sendmail is version 8.9.1.
I used the same settings for the sendmail options as were listed
in the sample.cf file that came with the software.
When I run ./wrapper config-test as a user (swe) other than
root or majordom, I get the results below. What I am stumped
about is how come it says I'm running 1.92 and why does
it complain about the "-t" option?
I do have a majordomo version 1.92 installed in another
directory: /export/home/swe/swemail. But I can't see how
the config-test program would know about it's existence.
Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?
Cathy

You have defined a mailer for delivery.
Whoa! You have given the "-t" option to sendmail. This can cause mail
loops when used for outbound delivery.
Attempting to verify that this is a valid mailer...looks okay.
