All directories, /usr /usr/local/, /usr/local/majordomo, and
/usr/local/majordomo/lists should be 755. All list files should be 644.
Other files in /usr/local/majordomo/lists should be 640.
The directory /usr/local/majordomo and ll files and directories below
it, should be owned by the majordomo user and its group.
There is one execption, wrapper. It should in most systems be owned by
root and, in all systems, have permissions 4555.
