True. I configured my Mj2 installation to ignore case, but the
statement that the software should ALWAYS do so violates the
actual net standards. I chose to violate them because most people
THINK case doesn't matter, not because it REALLY doesn't matter.
I'd hate to have software make that decision for everyone, and Mj2 doesn't.
Perhaps Mj1 does, but that would be unfortunate.
