I have a question about Majordomo. I have it installed on my
system, and it works well, but I have one problem.
If I have configuration set up for a particular list (i.e.
"open+confirm"), which is what I want, it sends the authentication
message with the key that the user is supposed to send back to
Majordomo. The problem is...I am dealing with users who are not very
bright...they reply to the message itself, instead of sending just the
authentication key to Majordomo, so it crashes and complains to me. Is
there a way that I can configure this part of Majordomo, so that they
only have to reply to the message to get on the list, without having to
just send the authentication key?
Otherwise, I'll have to try to find an application that does this, and I
can't find one so far. Any suggestions other than Majordomo that can
maybe do this?
