I just setup majordomo last night on a linux server. Was able to figure
everything out except when I send a test message using
echo 'lists' | mail majordomo
the email I receive (from the mailer daemon) gives me the following
error:
The original message was received at Tue, 24 Aug 1999 18:24:49 -0500
from fmartini@localhost
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
| "/usr/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"
(expanded from: majordomo)
----- Transcript of session follows -----
Message delivered to mailing list majordomo
sh: wrapper not available for sendmail programs
554 | "/usr/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"... Service unavailable
I've tried placeing the pipe inside the quotes and outside (I've seen it
both ways in different docs) but I still get the same error.
Also please note that is says the eMail is from fmartini@localhost.
Shouldn't that be fmartini@dot.caddev.com?
