I have enabled the restrict-post option for my mailing lists.
Unfortunately, majordomo sends a message to the list owner "Non-member
submission from ..." when an unauthorized address tries to post. 

It seems like this could produce a lot of useless mail for the list
owner to wade through. Isn't there a way to have majordomo silently
ignore unauthorized posts, or (better yet) yell at the person posting
the message and not the list owner?
