after reffering to the messages some time ago about majordomo and redhat
6.0 i re-configured sendmail to allow group access and symlinked
/etc/smrsh/ -> wrapper.

The problem i am coming up with now is:
sh: wrapper not available for sendmail programs

Ive hit a bit of a dead end with this one, Id guess its quite simple.
