Subject: How does Majordomo manages ISO-8859-1 characters?

Hello People

Because of my native language and my fellows' too (Spanish),
we need to write messages using the ISO-8859-1 character set. I
detected one problem, Majordomo respects all characters contained
in my message body, but it does not respect all of the characters
in the subject line.

As an example: If someone sends a message to my (moderated) lists, then
that message is BOUNCED to the moderator (as it should). The sender
writes using ISO-8859-1 characters and this causes the moderator
geting a message (to be approved) with the Subject: header line:

Subject: "=?ISO-8859-1?Q?Re=3A_Warning=3A_Bueno=2C_un_mensaje_m=E1s=2C_?=
=?ISO-8859-1?Q?s=F3lo_para_estar_seguros!_=28DESDE_WEB=29?="

when that line was originaly writen as:

Subject: "Bueno, un mensaje más para estar seguros"

I repeat, this happens only in the Subject: header line. Majordomo
respects all of the characters in the message body.

Can someone help me to avoid this problem?
Thanks in advance!
