What about digests? I administer a mailing list, and if someone send
email to the list with a From: header encoded in this way, the result
in the digest messages looks like this:

I realise that Majordomo just doesn't do any decoding for From: lines
and uses what's there exactly, but having this solved so that the sender
information appears correctly would be nice.
