Vacation loops are probably avoided because the list member's vacation program
is distinguishing between mailing lists and personal e-mail and not replying to
the former.

In theory, the reply should only go to the ENVELOPE SENDER address like an
error message, not an address in a header.

Here's something that helps and is easy to do:
Put a regular expression in taboo_body and taboo_headers that matches a unique
token the server adds, such as "owner-[listname]@host.domain". Vacation
programs tend to quote back messages.
