That should get you in the right ballpark, but keep in mind that
multiple users on the same host will be collapsed together which can be
a huge win on aol.com, hotbot.com, etc., and the thing that really
kills you is having a lot of addresses pointing to unreachable
hosts or hosts that are down much of the time (the worst is where
you connect but the other end doesn't respond).
