I'd create a file containing a complete mail message including headers an
started the programs with 

cat mail.message | /usr/local/majordomo/wrapper resend -l testmod \
	-h listserv.bc.edu testmod-outgoing

I think that "unknown mailer error 2" means that the system returns error
code 2, which probably is "file  not found".
