No, it builds an in-memory list of things to write to the file, then
writes the file when all lists have been parsed. It "freaks out" when it
can't create the cache file, normally kept in the Majordomo directory.
This is usually because your wrapper is not correctly setuid or your
directory perms are bogus, thus it isn't allowed to create files in the
directory.
