my original post was a reply to a specific question: why don't I see much
traffic, and I was simply pointing out two pieces of factual information:
i. that this list does not set reply-to: <the list>
ii. an implication of this is that many (most?) replies will not be seen
on the list - as the default is for responses to go only to a message's
author
the philosophic and religious wars about reply-to: <list> have been fought
enough times - opinions continue to differ - can we not start a new one
please
