My webhosting company offers Majordomo for mailing lists. Up until 2 weeks ago,
no problem. All of a sudden, we cannot send out any messages. I checked the
“.maillog” in my account folder and found the following error message:
“bulk_mailer: Command not found.”.

My hosting company has completely deleted the majordomo folders from my account
and started me out fresh. Yet the problem still occurred.

The next step was to blow everything away again but this time give the list a
different name. This worked! I was able to send again. So, we deleted that
“test” name and started it fresh with the old, original list name. You guessed
it. Back to the original problem with the original error message.

My webhoster has run out of ideas. Aside from renaming the list, does anyone
know what could possibly be causing this problem? Are there other folders or
files that they need to delete or reset?

Thanks.
Brad Vincent
