Subject: finding getopts.pl in majorcool's create_list

I am trying to change mj_create_list to work in our environment and see: require
"getopts.pl" and '&Getopts' and several references to '$opt_*' but have been
unable to find 'getopts.pl'.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
