This should be on one line -- your email program (or you?) is apparently
wrapping long lines, but this is bad since Majordomo expects to see all
commands on one line. Majordomo sees two command, the approve and one
of "<lesbell@lesbell.com.au>" which is of course not a valid command.
Make sure that long lines don't get wrapped, and the problem you have
will go away.
