Digests & Index

Greetings,

Got my M'domo work as I've stated before, however I was curious about
one thing.  Is there a utility or script that will create a nice index
for the digest?  I didn't see an option anywhere in the
listname-digest.config file, and thought maybe some of you might have
done this.
