Hmm, I just replied to another one like this a few days ago.

Point your favorite search engine at MajorCool. This is a set of Perl
scripts that allows you to manage MD from a web browser. It's pretty cool,
I'm using it. You will be required to install and run an http server on the
majordomo server though. You can get apache at www.apache.org.
