symlink for wrapper not working (smrsh)

I've read the bit about smrsh and majordomo.
I'm getting the...

sh: wrapper not available for sendmail programs
554 "|/usr/local/lib/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"... Service unavailable

Now...I found in the searchable archives the bit about creating a sym link
in /var/adm/sm.bin to the wrapper program.  That worked before...but isn't
working this time and I can't figure out what's different. Any guesses? Thanks
