Here's a low-down of the situation...
-I have checked and the Mprog in send mail is /usr/sbin/smrsh:
-The wrapper is owned by root, group majordom
-Everything in the majordomo directories is majordom majordom
-majordom is listed as a trusted user in sendmail.cf
-The permissions are set up as suggested in the sendmail faq (How to use
majordomo without relaxing Dontblamesendmail)
-Have a symoblic link in at /etc/smrsh that points to the majordomo wrapper
-Have another symbolic link at /var/adm/am.bin that points to the majordomo
wrapper (can't remember at this point why I would have the two, but someone
tell me if and why I shouldn't have the two or if one should be elsewhere)
-majordomo is installed in /usr/local/lib/majordomo-1.94.4/ it is owned by
majordom and group majordom
-In /usr/local/lib there is a symbolic link 'majordomo' -> majordomo-1.94.4
-I can't get a man/help page for smrsh (which is located in /usr/sbin/smrsh)
-This is a second attempt to get majordomo running. The previous one just
had the trouble with sendmail and the groupwriteable problem. I decided to
go afresh with it. Last time I had this same problem and resolved it with
the /var/adm/sm.bin link to the majordomo wrapper...but nothing this time.
**Any** help greatly appreciated!
