It means the subject line of the message the spammer sent was "Now Open
#1EE0". Majordomo just adds "Majordomo results:" in front of the
subject when it sends a reply.

It was probably some sort of code for which only the spammer knows the
purpose. It could be to make each mail unique, in case of filters which
monitor for identical message body texts. Spammers likely don't know
when they are sending mail to a mailing list and couldn't care much if
mail gets through there or not. I suppose it *could* in theory have
been added for that purpose, but your guess is as good as mine. In any
case the code was likely there for all the spam emails, not only in the
spam sent to your list, and not added specifically for your list.
