Don't do it.
(1) A Denial of Service attack (DoS) is an attack and your ISP is very
likely to view it as an abuse, even if it is against a spammer.
So there really is no such thing as an "good" emailbomber. Perl
would be my bomber of choice, but back when I was an undergradute
(early 1980s) I just used csh. I am older (and hopefully wiser) now.
(2) You have to be absolutely sure that you get the right address. Most
spam is, of course, forged. Some better than others. Innocent
victims of spam forgery can get it very very bad this way. (They
already have enough problems with the individual complaints and the
bounces. So you have to be very very sure that you are hitting the
right address. I've even seen some spam (called "Joe jobs") which
were deliberately designed to provoke complaints against selected
victims. Typically those victims were anti-spam campaigners.
(3) Encourage your ISP to use MAPS RBL. MAPS RPL is probably the best
way available to begin to transfer to cost of spam back to the
spammer and to the people who host them. If you don't know what I'm
talking about it's
