Unable to create alias name

Hi,
    I am not able to see the lists I created manually after I installed
majorcool program. However I see the lists installed prior to majorcool
program. Can anyone let me know why.

    Also I am not able to use the programs such as mj_create_list to
auto create the lists.

    Any help will be appreciated.
