Well, obviously something did happen to the server. The error says it
all:
> 550 :include:/usr/local/majordomo/Lists/staff-list... Cannot open
> /usr/local/majordomo/Lists/staff-list: Permission denied
Sendmail is not able to access or read
/usr/local/majordomo/Lists/staff-list for some reason.
I'd start checking with the list file permissions, and if those seem
okay, check the directory permissions in the path leading up to that
file.
