can't seem to find...

Hi there (again)

I can't seem to find the settings to get people to receive their postings.
They go to the list ok, but the list seems to ignore there own
address...where can i change this?
Also, I can't seem to set the reply address to the list address, there is
a reply to field in the config file, but if i put an address it doesn't
work. It's not very clear as to what should be there? Any ideas?
