Is there an easy way

I am totally green at MJ. My ISP's admin helped set up MJ for a list I 
have. He doesn't know much either, but much much more than myself.

He is really busy and I would like to help have my list avaiable in 
digest format.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this? Something I can pass along 
to him to do?
