We see that duplication happens when mali.gep.de delivers to
mail.neckar-alb.de. Either maili.gep.de "forgets" to delete the mail even
though it was completely delivered, or mail.neckar-alb.de accepts the mail
even though it was not completely delivered. It happens, as far as I can
see, before majordomo is involved.
