Hello all, I'm trying to close an EMWACS list server on a Windows NT,
and make that list available in a Linux box with Majordomo.
The list is huge (+70.000 addresses), I created the list in majordomo,
and its aliases:
# findesemana
findesemana: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l findesemana
findesemana-list"
findesemana-list: :include:/var/lib/majordomo/lists/findesemana
owner-findesemana: secretaria,
findesemana-owner: secretaria
findesemana-request: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper majordomo -l
findesemana"
As I send an e-mail to the list, majordomo starts (resend) but it
doesn't work much (0.3% CPU) after 1h and a half I only got a list of
invalid e-mail addresses (in /var/spool/mqueue) and not a single e-mail
send. What's going on?? EMWACS takes 2 hours to send the complete list,
Majordomo took 1 & 1/2 to do nothing. What am I doing wrong?
BTW, I'll probably change:
findesemana-list: :include:/var/lib/majordomo/lists/findesemana
to:
findesemana-list: "/usr/sbin/bulk_mailer user@domain.com
/var/lib/majordomo/lists/findesemana
Will that fix it?
Thanks a lot.
Alberto
P.S. I'm sorry if my English is not too good. :-)
