New list

I created  new lists. When I try to subscribe to it I get the message Unknown
List.  If I send in the  " list" Command  it shows the new lists along with my
other lists.    My old lists are all lower case. The new lists that I can't subscribe
to all start with a capital first letter or they are all capital letters. I developed
a script to help build the 40 new lists (a short cut) . If it is not the capital list
name issue then I need to start over and build them manually.
