Say we are configuring a list caled mylist

You need to set the restrict post variable in the mylist.cf file.  Set it
to something like mylist.post and then create a text file called
mylist.post in the same directory with any addresses that you would like
to be able to post to the list.

This also works for restricting posts to the list members only.  You can
set restrict post to mylist and majordomo will check that file to see if
they address in question is permited to post to the list.
