Question about message size

Hello,
i have some problems concerning the message size. Some of my
mailusers use our mailing-list to publish binaries or MS Office
Dokuments. From time to time i get the following error:

...
Subject: BOUNCE our-list@our-server:     Message too long (>40000
chars)
...

I configured the list as followd

# cat /var/lib/majordomo/lists/our-list.config

...
maxlength=40000000
...

What can i do ?
