majordomo-users is not the appropriate address to send a digesting request
- it should be sent to the server hosting the list; and "set listname
digest" is not how you subscribe to a majordomo digest - you subscribe to
"listname-digest" (ordinarily; there may be local variants).
That's why it was funny (to me) - it was addressed to the wrong place, and
it used commands understood by another list server. But I'm known for my
obtuse sense of humour.
