Digests created, but not sent

My digests are being created when and where I specified in
the config files, but they are not being sent out (the undigested
list is working fine).  The v01.n00* files are all sitting
in the archive directory.

RedHat 6.0
Linux 2.2.5
Majordomo ver 1.94.4
Sendmail 8.9.3
Perl 5.005

I have tried running the digests manually as well, and nothing
appears to be wrong (except that they don't get sent!)...
