The error message is very clear in this case... it says:
"Cannot open /usr/home/majordomo-1.94.4/mumpsannounce: Group writable
directory"
Sendmail will "puke" every time if your alias file is in a group
writable directory. Read the sendmail documentation and look for the
"DontBlameSendmail" stuff. There are options that will allow your
sendmail to go ahead and use a group-writable directory. But, unless
you know what you're doing, I wouldn't suggest doing it.
Rather, I would simply change the permissions for the alias file and the
directory that it is in.
