Hello all,
I have a list that I've been running for over a year. Due to
popular demand, I have decided to set up a digest for the list.
I have followed the directions in the O'reilly book and the
readme's, but something is still not quite working. The digests
get created properly and are archived, but they do not get sent.
Here is a transcript of a mkdigest command (list name changed
to protect the innocent):
>>>> mkdigest foo-digest ******
producing foo-digest V1 #10
processing /var/lib/majordomo/digest/foo-digest/001
sh: foo-digest-outgoing: command not found
relevant aliases:
foo-outgoing: :include:/var/lib/majordomo/lists/foo, foo-digestify
foo-digestify: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper digest -r -C -l foo-digest
foo-digest-outgoing"
foo-digest-outgoing: :include:/var/lib/majordomo/lists/foo-digest
I think the problem is in my "digestify" alias, but according to the man
page for 'digest' the -l specifies the listname and the last parameter
is the recipient. Somehow it's getting parsed as a shell command, though.
Any ideas?
Chris
