Strange list error..or lack of an error..

I have a (latest version) domo list installed, and of course I had no
problems setting it up.

However, Im seeing that the _last_ Email address in the lists/<listname>
file, doesnt get included on mailings.

Mail from that user goes out to the list, but that user never sees any of
the traffic on the list itself.

Ideas?
