I didn't see the full original message but of course, having
noticed that this has happened, you can send this person a polite
message pointing out your problems, of which he is undoubtedly
quite unconscious.

If you want the business you could couple this with the offer to
handle his requirement as a special case which obviously can't be
gratis.  Appears he is about to buy you a server and a bigger
pipe, which can't be all bad.
