Request for assistance

We are having trouble with one of our majordomo mailing lists. Majordomo is
sending multiple copies of the same message to the list.

I'm not sure if this is useful information but the second and subsequent
copies of the message contain an extra line in the header:

  X-MDaemon-Deliver-To: campmin-l@lvc.edu

We are running Majordomo Version 1.94.4 on Digital UNIX V4.0E  (Rev. 1091);
Mon Sep 27 14:01:06 EDT 1999.

Any tips on how to track down the source of the problem would be greatly
appreciated.
