All things in Moderation II

I've got several lists running trouble-free, none moderated. I'm now setting
up some moderated ones, with closed lists. What's wrong is that the messages
all come to the moderator with a few lines of header which have to be
deleted before Approved: PASSWORD works properly.

Here's an example (names changed!) of what needs to be deleted:-
