mail bounced back, complain "Header field too long (>1024)]"

Hi,

I have a user try to send mail to an majordomo aliase, but
the email bounce back to the list owner, stating:


Subject: [Fwd: BOUNCE af-watm@lsil.com: Header field too long (>1024)]

I check the .config file, do not see any setup for header field.
Do you know what's the problem and how to fix it ?
