It sounds like you need to start out by reading the documentation, but if you
did a "standard" installation of Majorcool, you will have an executable perl
script at the top level of your Majordomo installation called mj_key_cache.  You
can execute this inside your wrapper program with:

  wrapper mj_key_cache
