No, it's not.
patch is also sensitive to the directory you are in, which you don't
list. You should be in the majordomo 1.94.4 directory, I think.
Depending on how the patch was created, you may also need to specify
a -p1 option on the command line. (Not sure if this works with the
Solaris patch program, it does with GNU patch.)
