I charge $10/month/list, in 6-month increments. OR, a flat-rate of
$100/year/list when paid upfront ($20 savings). this applies whether it's
an open or closed, moderated or unmoderated, discussion or distribution
list. And, the price is the same no matter which of my 30+ domains they
want to use for their list.
